You Haven't Missed The Boat... Yet

If you feel like you "missed the boat", how does that help you hop in the next one?

It's easy to feel left behind in today's world. In the last ten years, we've seen the emergence of Bitcoin, AI, the coming and going of a pandemic, and now the "revaluation" of... well... everything.

So if you are "playing by the rules", and doing what "everybody said to do", then I'm guessing you feel completely left behind by the ever-accelerating pace of today's financial & technological landscape.

You keep working harder while continuing to fall behind. It's not your fault. But you can do something about it.

What a lot of people that are "stuck" don't realize, is that they are keeping themselves there by continuing to focus on the same things over and over again.

If you want to break the cycle, you have to completely shift your focus.

It can not be about what you think you deserve, what you think you are owed, how someone wronged you, or any other kind of blame your mind can creatively come up with.

This is where the work begins. Retraining yourself to look at things differently.

Let's look at the habits of high-net-worth people (HNW), versus the habits of low-net-worth people (LNW).

Remember, blaming your income will not solve it. Obviously, while income plays a role, the key distinction is in how your money is made, managed, saved, spent, and invested.

Wealthy individuals prioritize financial discipline, long-term growth, asset accumulation, and using time to their benefit. In other words, they look for other ways to make money, instead of only trading their time for it.

Low-net-worth individuals prioritize satisfying their immediate needs and desires. This is why people that "win the lottery" end up right where they were before... because they never change their financial habits.

The focus never leaves the immediate gratification mindset because anything else seems too difficult to achieve, or is believed to be "impossible".

It isn't. You just have to change the direction.

Realization number two is this. You don't need to make big moves in order to "catch up". You just need to make the right moves, however small they need to be, and let them grow. The key is to develop the habits that will reap rewards down the road, instead of staying stuck in the habits that only look to the immediate future.

Greenlights is your home for building those habits and learning how they cross-communicate with other parts of your life. Your mindset is your reality. Your physical health is crucial to overall health. Your finances can bind you, or they can free you. And learning how to build healthy relationships translates to success in every area of your life.

It's all about relationships.

The first and most important relationship you have to fix, is your self-reliance. Remember how we talked about "playing by the rules", and doing what "everybody said to do"... well the opposite of that is realizing that you are capable of managing your life far better than any expert ever could be.

They are not you and they never will be.

But it's up to you to take that seat. To take the reins. To get behind the wheel. To lead your life where only you can take it.

To drive.

That's what this is all about.

On March 27, I told you about a new company... a new technology hitting the marketplace.

Today, April 13th, it woke up. By 27%! In the last 5 days, 54%!
